Our participation in ANUGA in 2017
ANUGA is one of the major exhibition projects organized by Messe Cologne. It has been the most important trade fair in the German and international food and beverage industry for half a century, as well as the world's largest food and beverage trade fair.
Our company participated in the exhibition in Germany in 2017, and exhibited many kinds of mushrooms in our booth, such as Shiitake Mashroom, Pholiota Nameko, Boletus Edulis, Stropharia Rugosoannulata, Cantharellus Cibarius, Armillaria mellea and so on.
We had friendly conversations with mushroom producers around the world, as well as companies in other industries, trying to establish new collaborations, identify trends and develop growth markets.
This could be a very good opportunity for us to learn. We discussed and communicated with professionals all over the world, and gained a lot of experience, which was applied to the subsequent production and sales process. At the same time, we also felt the enthusiasm of international friends and their desire for cooperation.
