In order to further improve the quality and safety of the company's products, we recently organized an internal training, focusing on strengthening employees' awareness of health and safety, ensuring that every employee can strictly abide by the sanitary operation specifications, and ensuring the high quality and safety of products from the source.
This training is mainly divided into three parts: the importance of health and safety, key control points in the production process, and specific operation specifications.
First of all, the importance of food hygiene and safety was emphasized to employees. As a company selling food, ensuring the hygiene and safety of products is not only responsible to consumers, but also an important guarantee for the company's brand reputation. Through a series of real cases and data analysis, everyone deeply realized the serious consequences that food safety accidents may bring.
Next, the training focused on several key control points in the product production process. From the acceptance, cleaning, cutting, soaking to packaging of raw materials, there are potential health and safety risks in each link. Through detailed flowcharts and actual operation videos, employees clearly understand the details that need special attention in each link.
In order to ensure that every operation link meets the hygiene standards, the training also specially formulated detailed operation specifications. For example, during the acceptance of the original word Alai, the freshness and harmlessness of the product must be checked; in the cleaning process, special cleaning equipment must be used, etc., to ensure the quality and safety of the product.
Simulation drills were also conducted at the training site to ensure that every employee can master and implement these operation specifications. In the future, we will organize such training regularly to continuously improve the professional quality and operation level of our employees. At the same time, we will further improve the production process and quality control system to ensure that each batch of products can be presented to consumers in a high-standard form.
