3. Third-level mushroom (standard grade):

Cap diameter: 2.5cm - 3.5cm.

Stem length: 1.5cm.

Appearance: The mushroom shape is basically complete, the mycelium is not broken, and the color is white.

Quality requirements: Small deformed and thin-skinned mushrooms are allowed, but there must be no mud, insects, impurities, or odor.

4. Substandard mushrooms (low grade):

The caps are uneven in size, with large deformities, open mushrooms, and detached mushrooms.
