Production Management And Process Optimization Seminar
Recently, our company held a work meeting with the theme of "Production Management and Process Optimization". The meeting was chaired by the company's management, and the heads of the production department, quality inspection department, and R&D team and related employees participated in the meeting. The focus was on in-depth discussions on production management, process optimization, and quality control of primary processing of agricultural products.
At the meeting, various departments shared their views on the technical difficulties encountered in the production process of pickled mushrooms, improvement measures in quality control, and how to improve the nutrient retention rate while maintaining the taste of the product. The R&D team demonstrated the recent achievements in formula adjustment and process improvement. Everyone actively put forward constructive suggestions at the meeting and discussed the future process optimization direction in combination with production practice.
